Sanforizing Felt
We offer Sanfor Felt to complete the sanforizing line, developed in collaboration with leading manufacturers in the textile finishing industry. We manufacture it from high-quality polyester. The felt is seamless and endless, with a consistent thickness of 7 mm, excellent heat resistance, and a smooth, uniform surface. Moreover, we can customize both length and width to meet customer requirements.
Operators use Sanforizing Felt on the Palmer unit of the compressive shrinking range or sanforizing machine. While a compactor pre-shrinks knitted fabrics, the sanforizing machine pre-shrinks plain woven fabrics. However, shrinkage occurs through a thick rubber belt using steam and mechanical pressure on the first unit of the machine. Consequently, sanforizing machines find applications in shirting, bottom-weight, and denim finishing plants.
