Rubber Belt Installation Instructions

1. First, remove the rubber belt from its original packaging and inspect both the inside and outside surfaces.

2. Next, disassemble rolls 1, 3, 4, and 5. Then, inspect the surface condition of these rolls as well as the heating drum.

3. After that, install a handling and protective platform under the heating drum, covering it with several layers of fabric.

4. Then, place the rubber belt on the platform and insert it under the heating drum.

Important Notes:

• Meanwhile, take preventive measures to protect the rubber blanket during these operations.

• Additionally, apply talc powder inside the belt to facilitate smooth movement of the rolls on the inner face.

• Also, wrap rolls 1, 3, and 4 with several layers of fabric before insertion.

5. After preparation, insert rolls 1, 3, and 4 into the belt.

6. Subsequently, position these rolls into their respective bearing seats in the following order: 4, 1, then 3.

7. Finally, check and adjust the parallelism of all rolls (1, 3, 4, and 5) to ensure proper alignment.

Additional Notes:

• When reinstalling the guiding rollers, leave a 10 mm gap on both sides of the rubber belt edges.

• Finally, adjust the orientation of the rollers according to the contour of the rubber blanket edges to ensure the belt is held flat and evenly tensioned.
