Notice:
※：The felt is easily damaged by sharp objects. Be careful when dismantling the package and do not touch its surface with a knife or other sharp tools.Normally, our felts are packed in plastic bags, towing is prohibited.
After removing the outer packing, carefully remove the felt with gloves and remove the PVC packing film.Opened the package and find the serial number and arrow logo, and place it beside the machine or unloaded roller, to ensure the installation in the right direction.And to avoid other parts of the machine knock against the surface of the felt.If the space allows the felt fully expanded, please check whether there is any defects on felt surface and back. Check and clean the surface of the roller to ensure that the surface is smooth and free of foreign matter.
※：Do not stand on the felt.
※：When installing felt, the machine should run in the same direction as the arrow on the felt.
We recommend that the machine should be completely cooled at this stage.When the felt is not in operation, it is necessary to protect the felt which contact with the heating roller.After the installation, ensure that the rollers are parallel, and then increase the tension, use the roller to drag the felt stretching operation.
※：Pull the felt to the center to make sure the felt is in the center.Before pre-operation, it is necessary to verify that all guide rollers are parallel and the temperature distribution of the heating roller is uniform.
※：Heat up to keep the blanket running.
※：Our transfer printing felt can operate at a maximum temperature of 240 degrees Celsius.
However, the lengthwise extension and the widthwise contraction of the blanket will be shown in the first month of operation of the felt, but the limit is 3%.
※：Pre-run and shaping method：This method is customized according to the machine and felt manufacturer’s user manual.
Low speed:
Run 2 hours at 140 ° C
Run 2 hours at 170 ° C
Run 4 hours at 200 ° C
High speed:
Run 2 hours at 220 ° C
Run 2 hours at 240 ° C
Finally cool to 220 degrees Celsius to keep running. And check whether the tension between the middle and the sides of the felt is close.
Notice:
※：In the shaping process, the cylinder pressure of the pressure roller is adjusted to 3-4. The felt tension does not need to be too large, adjust the felt until it can be rotated.If the felt is slightly off track,, please lift the cylinder and run the felt in the opposite direction.
The user need to complete shaping and then adjust the off-track felt. Don’t loose the felt for a week. The machine can be turned off after temperature dropped to below 100 degrees Celsius.
