Heat Transfer Printing Machine & Felt
The heat transfer printing machine transfers colors from transfer paper to textiles using a heated drum. During the sublimation process, the drum maintains a consistent temperature. Once the target temperature is reached, the transfer paper and fabric rotate together. Then, they pass under our heat transfer printing felt—also called Nomex or sublimation felt—which applies heat and pressure to trigger sublimation.
This process works efficiently for printing curtains, bedcovers, and non-woven fabrics made of polyester, nylon, acrylic, and blended materials. Furthermore, the machine offers several advantages: it requires minimal space, eliminates the need for finishing on printed fabrics, shortens processing times, simplifies maintenance, and operates without water or solvents.
Heat Transfer Printing Felt Features
-
We manufacture heat transfer printing felt from high-temperature-resistant meta-aramid fibers.
-
The felt operates continuously at 230°C, with short-term tolerance up to 250°C.
-
In addition, we tailor each felt to its specific application.
-
Moreover, our felts use circular industrial fabric to ensure ultra-low shrinkage.
Consequently, we recommend our high-quality felts for use with machines such as:
MONTI ANTONIO, TRANSMATIC, KLIEVERIK, KMT, FONTANET, LEMAIRE, SORIM, STUDIO FX, STORK, BATES, MUZZI, IMPRESS APPAREL, ARTEX, MOGK, TURAL MAKINA, DIFERRO, DILEK MAKINA, BIZMAK, PRACTIX, S.T.M., GESSNER, SINGER, WUPPERTAL, SUBLISTATIC, and more.
