ULTRA PRESS FELT FOR PAPER-MAKING MACHINE
Our company is the largest and most advanced enterprise in China, and the only one in the country that possesses a complete set of professional manufacturing equipment for paper-making felt/blanket. As shown in the picture, this needle-punching machine has an effective width of 14.5 meters, which is one of the largest wide-width needle-punching machines in the world at present. This equipment is the largest in width and the fastest in speed among paper-making blanket production lines. It has broken through the supply chain barriers of wide-format high-speed paper machines in China. The total investment of the project exceeds 200 million yuan. It was launched at the end of 2022 and has a total construction area of approximately 12,000 square meters. This “big guy” began trial production in January 2025.
